Jessica Matthies has been with AGON Group since 2012 and is responsible for the overall infrastructure. She, like all team members, started her career at one of the leading strategy consulting firms. As personal assistant to two of the Partners at Bain & Company, and responsible for several teams, she developed her strengths in organization and keeping the big picture in mind. Her career then led her to Human Resources at an M&A boutique. Today she is responsible for AGON office management, recruiting and accounting.

Jessica Matthies trained as a European Management Assistant at the European Business School in Munich, and is a certified mediator since 2014.
